The Task Manager in Radio Prep is a versatile tool designed to help radio stations keep track of projects and tasks in an organized and visual way. It's perfect for managing everything from day-to-day station operations to larger projects.


How It Works:

You can create multiple projects within the Task Manager. Each project is essentially a container for related tasks and workflows. Inside each project, you can have multiple boards, and each board can hold individual tasks. For example, you might have a project dedicated to advertising. Within that project, you could set up boards like "Advertiser Signed Up," "Advertiser Paid," "Script Approved," and "Completed and Live." As tasks progress, you can move them from one board to the next.


Assigning and Tracking Tasks:

Tasks can be assigned to specific users or presenters, and you can also set deadlines for each task. As deadlines approach, the Task Manager will highlight them in red, so it’s easy to see what’s due soon. You can share boards and projects with other team members, so everyone involved can stay on the same page and collaborate easily.


Visual Workflow:

The Task Manager is designed to be clear and visual. You can see all your boards lined up and move tasks from one stage to another as work is completed. It’s a bit like having a virtual Kanban board tailored for your radio station's needs. Each project is private to the user who created it, unless they choose to share it with others. This means you can keep your own tasks private or collaborate with the team as needed.
