The Forms feature in Radio Prep is a powerful and flexible tool for creating custom forms to collect data from your listeners or users. Each form is fully customizable, so you can tailor it to suit your station’s needs, whether you’re gathering song requests, running a competition, or just collecting general feedback.

Customization Options:

You can choose exactly which fields to include in your form. Add dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, text fields—whatever you need. You can also design the form’s appearance to match your website’s style. Change background colors, label colors, and text elements so that the form looks like a natural extension of your site.

Embedding and Use Cases:

Once you’ve designed your form, you’ll get a unique embed code. Just drop this code into your website, and your form will be live. You can create multiple forms for different purposes—song requests, feedback surveys, contest entries, and more. All submissions are collected in one place within Radio Prep, where you can review and manage them.

Managing and Exporting Data:

In Radio Prep, you can easily view all the form submissions and see how many entries you've received. If you need to process the data externally, you can export it as a CSV file and open it in a spreadsheet program. This makes it easy to analyze the data or integrate it with other systems.
